Ace Remodeling and Restoration aims to improve and restore client homes and businesses while building relationships in the process.

Founded in 2015, Ace Property Services started as a small home repair and light remodeling company. In the beginning, Matt was working a full time job in a related field and decided to start on the journey of business ownership in his spare time. With the goals of delivering quality work, excellent communication, and a great customer experience, the company began to grow with new clients and Matt was able to focus full-time on Ace. Over the years, the client list has continued to grow and so has the project size. We are grateful to continue to work with numerous repeat clients, as well as for the opportunity of working with new ones.

Fast forward to 2023, Ace Remodeling and Restoration was formed. The goals for this company have stayed the same: quality work, excellent communication, and a great customer experience. Based around that core vision, the company is continuing to grow into larger home improvement and building projects, and expanding to support clients in need of restoration services.

Both types of projects, remodeling and restoration, are unique in their own ways, but share many similarities in scope of work and skill set to complete.
